The New Dimension Chorus, a 30 member men's chorus, appears again this year at the Fremont Festival of the Arts. One of 800 organized chapters in the BHS, the chorus is pleased to represent the world's largest all-males singing organization at the largest free street festival west of the Mississippi River. No matter how you look at it, it's a whole lot of "largest!"

The New Dimension Chorus rehearses weekly under the direction of Interim Director and Vocal Performance Coach Demaster M. Survine IV and Assistant Directors Jeff Harris, Robert Elliot and Bill Sandau. The Chorus holds continuous vocal classes through the year.

The New Dimension Chorus is seeking men who enjoy singing four part harmony in the a cappella style, unaccompanied by instruments. Men who sing in the shower, or "bathtub baritones" are always welcome. We are looking to form an ever-growing singing fraternity of men drawn together by their love of singing close harmony and wish to perpetuate and share that style of music throughout the community and the world. We strive to be leaders in the cause of preserving and encouraging vocal music as an enjoyable recreational activity and an essential element in one's cultural well-being.

If you are already a Barbershop Singer, come one down and join us in a song from the Polecat collection. Members can also teach you a short "tag," or coda to a song, and you can experience "instant barbershop." It's the perfect way to start experiencing the close harmony for yourself.
